1 1/4 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
3/4 Cup flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 t honey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 stick of unsalted butter, melted and cooled
4 oz (1/2 cup) grated cheddar cheese
3/4 Cup milk
1/2 Cup sour cream
kernels from 2 ears of corn (approx. 1 cup)

Preheat oven to 400
Combine dry ingredients

Beat together wet ingredients, adding the cheese and corn last.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until blended. Pour into 8x12 (13?) baking dish. Bake until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Approx. 35 minutes.
