½ lb butter (soft)
1 – 8 oz. pkge. Cream cheese (soft)
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 ¼ cups sifted cake flour
2 tsps. baking powder
2 cups mixed dried fruit (1 lb.)
½ cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift together flour and baking powder, add to batter and blend well.
Combine remaining ½ cup cake flour with fruit and nuts; fold in.
Grease a tube pan. Bake 350F from 70-80 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
