Ingredients:  
1. Digestive biscuits – 250 g
2. Butter – 150 g
3. Cream cheese – 300 g
4. Whipped cream 300 g
5. Milk maid – 150 g
6. Blueberry filling – 1 cup
7. Agar / Pectin/ Gelatin – 3 tbsp (for gelatin 1.5 tbsp in 9 tbsp water warm to melt)
8. Castor sugar – 3 tsp (mix with pectin or agar separately)

1. Place biscuits in a food processor and combine with butter. Press the mixture into pan lined with aluminium foil (in cheese cake mould). Combine cream cheese and milk maid beat until fluffy.
2. Add blueberry filling to the mixture and pectin mix. To this mixture combine 50 g whipped cream with slow beating and rest with cut and fold method.
3. Pour in the blueberry cheesecake mixtures into the crust. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Decorate with blueberries and edible flowers if desired.
