Brownie cream
1. All-purpose flour – ¼ cup
2. Cream cheese – 100 g
3. Cheese spread – 100 g
4. Condensed milk – 100 g
5. Lemon juice – 2-3 drop
6. Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
7. Sugar powder – 6 tbsp

Brownie Batter
1. Dark chocolate – 300 g
2. Butter – 130 g
3. Condense milk – 150 g
4. All-purpose flour – 150 g
5. Water – 3-4 tbsp
6. Vanilla essence – tsp
7. Coco powder – 2 tbsp
8. Baking powder ½ tsp

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 Degree. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In First medium bowl, beat cream cheese and cheese spread with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add condensed milk, powder sugar and further beat for 2 min until well blended.
2. Add all-purpose flour, lemon and vanilla extract. Set aside.
3. In Second bowl, mix melted dark chocolate and butter mix well, to this mixture add condense milk. Beat the mixture with electric mixture on low speed.
4. Now add flour, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence and with the help of milk prepare the proper batter consistency.
5. Pour both the brownie batters in different piping bag and pour forming alternate designs. Or can make marble designs as required.
6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in brownie 1 inch from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours. For brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
