1. Kimia Dates – 20 pc
2. Roasted almonds – 100 gm
3. Honey – 1 tsp
4. Dark chocolate – 300 gm
5. White chocolate – 100 gm
6. Desiccated coconut – 200 gm

Directions:
Directions:
1. Roast almonds in butter, coat with honey and keep in refrigerator for 15 mins.
2. Cut a slit down the side of each date and remove the seed and fill with almonds and give proper shape.
3. One by one, dip the dates in the melted chocolate to coat, then place on a sheet of greaseproof paper to set for 5 min.
4. After the first layer is dried apply second layer of chocolate similarly and roll in desiccated coconut.
5. Place in grease proof tray
6. Allow the chocolates to set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
