1 Betty Crocker milk chocolate cake mix
1 1/2-2 tsp. mint extract
2 - 10 oz jars hot fudge ice cream topping
9 oz tub Cool Whip
green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake as directed, adding 1 /12 tsp. mint extract
Immediately after taking cake out of oven, poke holes in it with handle of wooden spoon
Over the warm cake, pour the hot fudge topping which has been warmed. Topping should be quite warm so it is thin and drips down into the holes. Use all of the topping.
When cool, frost with the Cool Whip (which has been flavored wit mint extract (to taste), as well as a few drops of green food coloring.
Store in refrigerator
