Bar-B-Que Spare Ribs Recipe

3-4 lbs ribs
1 lemon
1 large onion
2 cups water
1/3 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
2 drops Tabasco (or 2 T liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Put ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up.
On each rib, place a slice of unpeeled lemon, a thin slice of onion, salt and pepper.
Roast at 450º for 30 minutes
Combine rest of the ingredients, bring to boil and pour over ribs.
Continue baking at 350º until tender, about 45-60 minutes.
Baste ribs with sauce every 15 minutes.
If sauce gets too thick, add a little water.
