6 medium potatoes, peeled, cut up and cooked
2 T. milk
2 T. butter
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 cup diced green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 thick slices bacon, diced and fried
½ tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste, optional
1 T. dried parsley flakes
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain potatoes. In large mixing bowl, mash potatoes with milk, butter,
mayonnaise, sour cream. Mix in onion, cheddar cheese, bacon, salt and
pepper. Spread into sprayed 2½ quart baking dish. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Bake at 350° uncovered for 45
minutes or until lightly browned on top and heated through. Serves 8.
