Ingredients: Box lasagna noodles Favorite Italian Sauce Small Cottage and Ricotta Cheese Swiss and Provolone Cheese browned hamberger, sausage or meatballs Approx 4 tbs of brown sugar 2 eggs

Directions: |
Directions:Make up your sauce and season to your taste. Add brown sugar and your choice of meat to sauce. Boil and rinse noodles. Mix cottage and ricotta cheese with eggs add some oregano and pepper to taste. , Mix alternate layers as follows: Sauce in bottom of 9 by 13 cassarole dish noodles, Then dab some of the cheese mixture and a layer of swiss and provolone slices.
Just continue to alternate layers until your dish is full.
Top with sauce and final layer of sliced cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour.
