1 teaspoon rosemary
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon accent
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
garlic sliced
2 cans large aujus

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thyme, rosemary, accent, salt & pepper in olive oil - set aside - slice whole garlic thin and cut holes in prime rib insert garlic slices, rub olive oil over prime rib - add aujus on bottom save some for dipping prime rib in, cover roasting pan with foil - put in oven at 325° about 15-20 minutes per pound, for medium it should be 120° - 125° - for done 130° - 135° use meat thermometer. Pull meat out before 125° let sit for a while, put back in oven for 10 minutes longer till the right temp, do the same for 130° - 135°.
