Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 # ground beef
1 qt. cold water
1 qt. beef broth
2-3 med. potatoes chopped
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
2 t. chili powder
salt & pepper to taste
2-3 carrots- chopped
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup green beans
1/2 T. garlic powder
1-2 t. sugar
2 t.. vinegar
few drops tabasco
2-3 stalk celery-chopped
1 t. parsley
Beef or chicken broth.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and add water ( pour over meat ) take off burner and let sit until fat is hard- skim. Put back on burner, add all ingredients, cover with broth and cook/simmer until done .
Might need extra broth as vegetable absorb liquid.

Chicken and chicken broth can be substituted in place of beef..
