5-6 lb. boneless ham
1 can pitted sour cherries
½ c. Cheri-Suisse liqueur (¼ c. chocolate liquor and ¼ c. cherry herring liquor)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn syrup
4 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat ham in oven 1-1¼ hours

Drain juice from canned cherries save 1 cup of juice
Combine 1 c. Cherry juice with other ingredients
Heat until sugar is dissolved

Remove ham from oven and score fat
Brush with cherry mixture
Baste 2x more times during next half hour

Add cherries to remaining baste and serve as sauce
