1 c. bisquick
1/3 c. water
1 pk. yeast
OR use 1 pkg (8) refrigerated crescent rolls for crust

1 lb bulk pork sausage
1c. thawed has brown potatoes
1 c. shredded shap cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

375º oven

In a skillet cook sausage to browned and drain grease. Separate crescent rolls and place in a 12" pie pan with the tips to the center. Press rolls together and make sure all edges are sealed. Spoon sausage over crust, sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings together. Pout into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes
