1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. long-grain rice
2 T. ketchup
2 T. chopped onion
bread crumbs
1/4 t. parsley flakes
14 t. pepper
1 slightly beaten egg
1-2 cans of tomato soup
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together & shape into small meatballs. Brown in skillet or microwave on high for 5 minutes. place meatballs in crockpot. Mix together the can of tomato soup & 1/2 can of water - pour over meatballs. Cover & cook all day on low. Spoon sauce over mashed potatoes.

2 cans of soup to 3/4 c. water
