1 3-4 lb. Beef roast
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brush outside of roast well with A-1 sauce
Place roast on foil
Add dry onion soup mix
Add mushroom soup
Wrap in foil and place in roaster pan
Bake at 325º-350º for 2½-3½ hours

Add a small amount of water to sauce to thicken for gravy after cooking.
