1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 C Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 C milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 C butter or 1 stick of margarine
1 C chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in an 8 X 8 microwave safe pan.  Add vanilla and milk.  Place chunk of butter in center.  Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until bottom of dish feels warm.  Stir vigorously and blend in chopped nuts if desired.  Pour in mold or whatever dish and chill for 1 hour.  
Note: For best results use real butter.
