Ingredients:  
2 cups sugar
4 Tbls. unsweetened cocoa (Rita uses 1 Tbls. Special Dark cocoa and 3 Tbls. regular cocoa)
1 stick of real butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tarter (optional but will give the sauce a more "taffy-like" effect)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the sugar and cocoa until smooth.
In saucepan, melt butter and and milk.
Stir in dry ingredients and bring to a rolling boil.
Boil for a minimum of 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
The longer the mixture is cooked, the thicker it will be.
