1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
3 Tbs. lemon juice
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs. grated lemon zest
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In large bowl beat together butter, sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Use 2 Tbs. of the dry mixture to coat the berries.
Stir the dry mixture into the wet, alternating with the milk.
Fold in the lemon zest and blueberries.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 60 - 70 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes.
If desired make a glaze with 2 Tbs. lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar and drizzle over the top of loaf.
