2 lb of short ribs of beef
2 -8 Oz cans of tomato sauce
8 oz of water
1 tbsp of horseradish
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs on all sides in a skillet pour off Grease add tomato sauce and remains you can finish it cooking in a Crock-Pot until tender or on the stove.
