6 slices of Velveeta cheese
A big splash a very dry sherry

Heat in the fondue pot and serve with a Italian baguette

Our mother love to go to the Bold Knight in San Jose her favorite thing was there fondue I was able to replicate the recipe, unfortunately I figured it out after she passed away there's so many things I would like to sharw with her. That's nice of you to put a cookbook together.
