**Put Viva (or strong) paper towel on a microwave safe plate, put as much bacon as you can fit without overlapping too much. Then put two pieces of paper towels on top, pop in microwave, cook for *4 minutes. pull out and flip over (making sure you flip paper towels so the two paper towels are on the bottom) cook for another *4 minutes.

*The amount of time varies on microwave and the way you like your bacon
**If you spray the paper towel with cooking spray bacon won't stick to it.

I like this way the best because it does not cook in the oil
