1 bunch basil
4 ice cubes
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch basil in boiling water for 30 seconds, then shock it and squeeze out excess water. Add basil, ice cubes, and olive oil to a blender and blend until it’s bright green. Add lemon juice to preserve the bright green color.
