2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tblsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups mincemeat (prepared)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat eggs.
Combine sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add to the eggs.
Stir in the mincemeat, nuts and butter.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 325 degrees - continue to bake 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Store in the refridgerator..
