2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes
4 cans (15 oz.) kidney beans
3 green bell peppers, chopped
3 onions, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
˝ - 2 bottles McCormick Gourmet Collection Mexican -Style Chili Powder, to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a stew pot or Dutch oven over medium heat and sauté onions and green peppers.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Add tomatoes and kidney beans including liquid.
4. Add salt, pepper and Mexican seasoning starting with ˝ bottle or up to 2 bottles to taste.
5. Simmer until hot and it is ready to serve. The longer you let simmer, the better it gets.
