2 cans black-eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
2. Cans shoe peg corn ( drained and rinsed)
2 cans Rotel tomatoes (plain or with green chilies)
2 bell peppers diced (red and green)
2 bunches green onions (about 12)
1 (16oz) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1 tsp garlic salt

Serve with Scoops

Mix together all ingredients and store covered in refrigerator
Good for at least a week
