2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese softened
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
2 Tbls onion finely chopped or grated
2 cups chopped pecans ( reserve 1 cup)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1Tbl seasoned salt
Parsley flakes (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Shape into ball
Roll ball in the reserved nuts and parsley flakes
Refrigerate for several hours
