5 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" chucks
1½ cups chicken broth
¼ cup butter, cut into chunks
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
1 tsp garlic power
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ -1 cup warmed milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place potatoes, chick broth and butter in a 4-5 quart slow cooker.
2. cover; cook on high 4 hours-4 hours and 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients except for the milk. Mash potatoes with potato masher until well blended. Do not obver mix. Stir in enough milk for desired creamy consistency. Cover and keep warm on Low or Warm heat setting until serving time, up to 2 hours. Stir before serving.
