15 cups popped corn
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º

Place popcorn in large roasting pan or two 13 x9 pans

Melt butter with brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour over popcorn and mix until evenly coated.
Bake for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes.
Cool on wax paper.
