1/4 lb. of sliced salami, chopped
2 tbsps.. of butter
salt and pepper

Directions:

melt butter in a skillet. Add salami and lightly sauté. Crack eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk together. Pour eggs over salami in skillet and scramble over medium heat.

serve hot
