1-1/4 c warm buttermilk
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp honey
1 pkg dry yeast
3 tbsp butter, melted, divided
4 tsp orange zest
1 tsp salt
14 oz flour, about 3 cups
Directions:
Directions:
Bloom yeast in milk; add sugar, honey.
Add 2 Tbsp butter, zest, salt. Mix in flour, knead, let rise.
Divide into 12, brush with butter, let rise.
Bake 375 approx. 20 min.
