2 cakes of yeast dissolved in 1C lukewarm water
Pour into a big bowl of flour
Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 c sugar, a lump of Crisco about the size of an egg.
Mix, knead. Place into a greased bowl, cover, set in a warm place, let rise. Knead down, let rise again.
Roll out, spread with softened butter, sprinkle generously with sugar, cinnamon.
Roll up, cut into 1", lay out on cookie sheet, cover and let rise in warm place. Bake 400 until golden brown.
