1 1/2 lbs (5 5/8 c.) powdered sugar
1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 lb (1 3/4+ c.) peanut butter
12 oz (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Yield: about 130 (with small cookie scoop)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter and peanut butter together. Form into balls. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
Melt chocolate chips (in double boiler or microwave), stir in paraffin until smooth.
With toothpick, dip balls in chocolate. If balls begin to soften, return to refrigerator and dip later. Cool on wax paper-covered cookie sheet.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have doubled the amount of chocolate/paraffin because we always run out. You may still need to make additional chocolate/paraffin for dipping.
