2 c rolled oats
1/4 c whole almonds
1/4 c whole cashews
1/4 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 c shredded sweet coconut
1 c raisins
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey or maple syrup
1/4 c canola oil
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, oats, coconut and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine honey, oil and salt. Mix the two bowls together and put on a cookie sheet. Set oven to 250 degrees and cook for one hour. Mix every 15 minutes. When mixture is nicely toasted, add the raisins.
