1 lb ground beef
1 cup coarsley chopped onions
1 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 (16 oz) cans light red kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz) black beans rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 oz) beef broth
2 cups frozen white and yellow whole kernel corn
1 (1 oz) envelope taco dry seasoning mix
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Garlic powder to taste (optional)
2. Tbls chopped cilantro (optional)
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion,minced garlic in skillet until crumbly and no longer pink
Drain
Place in a large pot and stir in remaining ingredients
Bring to a boil over medium- high heat
Cover
Reduce heat to low
Simmer for 30 min or until throughly heated
Stir in cilantro just before serving

Top with sour cream , chopped fresh cilantro, grated cheese,and tortilla chips
