1 - 1/2 lbs hamburger, browned and drained (sometimes I don't drain it - - depends on how much fat is cooked out of the beef.
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 - 1 cup chopped onion
1 cup carrots - diced/chopped (however you like them in your soup)
2 cups diced potatoes
1 Tbls. granulated bee f bouillon and/or a can of beef consomme
1 can diced tomatoes

( I also add other vegetables either fresh, frozen or canned - - such as green beans, corn, etc. - - whatever I have on hand) Use whatever amounts of vegetables you like

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and enough water to cover. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
