½ cup almonds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
½ medium cabbage or 1 pkg coleslaw mix
bean sprouts
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 green onions
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 pkg Mr. Noodles (broken up)
½ bag chow mein

Sauce:
½ cup oil
4 Tbsp soya sauce
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Mix sauce ingredients together and mix well with salad.
