2 cups sour cream
2 pkgs knorr vegetable soup mix
8 green onions, chopped
1 pkg chopped frozen spinach, squeeze out excess water
1 can water chestnuts, chopped finely
Directions:

Combine ingredients. Serve with cubed pumpernickel or french bread.
