1 thick round steak
2-3 garlic buttons according to taste
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1¼ c. water
salt
pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green peppers
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Freeze until firm. Slice into thin slices. Oil skillet; put in steak; brown, add 2 or 3 garlic buttons, according to taste. Add one tablespoon soy sauce, ¾ cup water, salt, pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 30 mins. Add 1 cup chopped onions and one cup shopped green pepper. Add ½ cup more water. Cook slowly until vegetables are tender. Add 3 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with cold water and one tablespoon soy sauce to thicken. Serve with boiled rice. Add button mushrooms to make this dish fancy.
