1½ Tbsp oil
Left over beef
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp melted margarine
2 eggs



Directions:
Directions:
Put 1½ Tbsp oil in a 9x9 square pan and add whatever leftover roast beef you have cut up into little chunks. Put pan in preheated 450ºF oven while you make the batter.
Batter: Put 1 cup milk into blender and gradually add 1 cup flour and ½tsp salt while blender is going. Blend until smooth. Melt 1 Tbsp margarine and then combine with 2 eggs and beat until fluffy. Add to flour and milk batter and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into heated pan containing oil and meat. Put it back into the oven and bake at 425ºF for 20 minutes then turn the oven down to 350ºF and bake for 20 more minutes. Cut into pieces and serve with left over gravy.
