3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Shortening
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and measure out 3 cups, add soda, salt and resift. Cream shortening with both sugars add eggs on at a time combining after each addition. Add flour mixture and vanilla until just blended.

Roll into dough balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Press down with a floured fork.

Bake @ 375ºF 15-18 minutes.
