2 eggs
½ c Tomato Sauce
¾ c Bread crumbs (or crushed crackers or quick cooking oats)
½ tsp Oregano
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 clove Garlic, minced or ¼ tsp Garlic powder
2 lbs ground beef

Sliced ham
Sliced Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except ahm and cheese in large bowl. On a piece of parchment or wax paper form a 8x11 inch rectangle with beef mixture. Layer on sliced cheese and ham, leaving a 1 inch border in one of the long sides. Roll lengthwise (towards the side with a border) seal the edges by pinching hamburger together on the ends .Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 1¼ hours. take out of oven and place slices of cheese on the top, put back in the oven for 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
