2 lbs Ground Beef
¾ c Quick Cooking Rolled oats (or bread crumbs, or crushed crackers)
2 Tbsp minced Onion
1½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
¾ c Tomato Juice
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Dried basil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and place in loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour (or until the temp in the middle is 165º.
Top with ketchup:)
