¾ cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
⅔ cup of pumpkin
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Filling
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 cup powdered sugar

Use 10x15 pan, coat with Crisco, place a sheet of wax paper over the Crisco and then coat it again.
Mix together all ingredients until smooth and pour into pan.
Bake at 375º for 13-15 minutes

On a table place a dish towel flat and coat with powdered sugar
When the cake is done dump it on the towel and remove the wax paper.
Roll the cake up and let it cool completely.

Mix the filling ingredients together.

When the cake is cooled, unroll and spread the filling evenly over the cake and reroll.
