5 pounds Pork butt
1 large bottle white vinegar
1/2 bottle fennel seed
2 large onions, sliced
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cube pork butt into medium-sized cubes (for a skewer)
in a large pot, mix salt, pepper, fennel seed and sliced onions. Cover all the meat equally.
cover completely with vinegar and let marinade in fridge 12-15 hours, stirring once to separate meat and ensure equal marinade throughout.

Using skewers (or cooking on the grill) roast over an open flame, rotating often, until cooked through and seared. Spritz with vinegar as you turn.
