1 stick butter, melted
1 large skillet of cornbread, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp poultry season
2 tsp sage
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 cups of chicken broth (I found 2 1/2 cups to work well)
4 large cans of canned chicken or 6 cooked chicken breast, shredded

Saute onions in butter. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pack in sprayed crock pot. Cook on high for 45 minutes. Turn to low and cook 4 hours. Stir before you turn to low and maybe every hour of the 4 hours. (This will make sure it gets throughly done.)
