1 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
½ cup corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugars and butter together.
Mix in the beaten eggs, vanilla and corn oil.
Add the dry ingredients.
Mix well and chill.

Roll into balls. Roll balls in sugar.
Flatten with a glass.
Place on an lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 9 - 11 minutes. Do not overcook.
