Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small beaten egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
5 drops of extra hot sauce
2 teaspoon Creole/Cajun seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
Fried onions for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all but the fried onions in a large bowl and mix well. Allow the mixture to rest for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, this will allow the flavors to infuse in the meat and make a really tasty Cajun burger.
2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and Broil or Grill them for around 4 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked through.
3. Serve on regular burger buns and top with fried onions. To make fried onions, simply thinly slice 1 medium onion and fry it gently in a little butter until they turn golden.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Suggested burger topping: try lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream to help cool things down.
