1/2 Pound Bacon cut into small pieces
2 Cups Celery chopped
2 Cups Green Pepper chopped
2 Cups Onions chopped
1 10 1/2 -Ounce Can of Beef Consommé
2 16 - Ounce Cans chopped Tomatoes
2 16 - Ounce Cans Black-Eyed Peas

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté Bacon, Celery, Green Pepper and Onion until Bacon is done. Add Beef Consommé, Tomatoes and Black-Eyed Peas. Simmer until flavors are blended, about 30-40 minutes.
