8 oz Imitation Crab Legs (shredded)
1 English Cucumber (Peeled, Seeded and Shredded)
1 carrot (Peeled and Shredded)
3 tbs Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
Rice Vinegar to taste
Sea salt and Cracked Black Pepper (a pinch of each)
Japanese Black Sesame Seeds

Directions:

Shred crab to length using a fork. Shred the vegetables using a Madeline length wise.

Toss all ingredients together and chill.
