12 Shucked oysters
12 Slices of bacon
½ Teaspoon salt
⅛ Teaspoon pepper
⅛ Teaspoon paprika
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Place a wire rack in a baking dish. Wrap each oyster in a slice of bacon, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Set on wire rack and bake for 10-12 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
